                                                                                           After many years of research with our suppliers, we have selected a margarine with
                                                                                           particular properties:
                                                                                           / A melting point similar to that of butter, which results in lamination with a comparable
                                                                                            texture and a fairly neutral taste.
                                                                                           / A specific choice of the oils used: RSPO certified palm oil (mass balance), coconut
                                                                                            oil, rape seed oil (all the plant oils are non-hydrogenated).
